3 BOLD COMMITMENTS
Amex GBT wanted a high-energy film to bring three key commitments to the foreground. I developed the concept and storyboard, setting a kinetic, typography-led direction that gave the statements a clear visual rhythm. I combined client-supplied content with selected stock footage, shaping how the imagery and typography worked together to keep the commitments central while adding energy to the piece. I handled the art direction, asset selection and animation through final delivery. Because the film moved quickly and relied on rapid transitions, I refined the pacing and timing through several rounds of feedback. The storyboard direction resonated with the client and carried through to the finished animation, bringing all three commitments together in one motion-led piece.
PRODUCT VIDEO
Following Amex GBT’s rebrand, I created a product video that brought its new visual identity into motion. A key element was the portal, inspired by airplane windows. I built this device into the storyboard and final animation, using masking, movement and transitions to make the portals open, reshape and reveal product content. I developed the concept and storyboard, set the art direction, selected assets and handled the animation through delivery. The portal gave the film a recurring visual device for moving between information and footage, while keeping each transition connected to the refreshed brand. The finished video turned a new identity element into part of the product story.
AWARDS WINNING UX/UI & Merchandise
Driving Customer Lifetime Value was a broader campaign developed collaboratively through ongoing exchanges of ideas across the team. My contribution spanned several customer touchpoints: I designed most of the client onboarding welcome pack, including merchandise; created the email marketing design; and contributed design to selected pages of the Travel Info Hub (TIH). The work evolved through shared discussion rather than a single handoff, with ideas and design developed together as the campaign took shape. The wider campaign team received two Bronze awards at the 2023 B2B Marketing Awards:
- Best customer growth or retention initiative campaign
- Best limited budget campaign
