About Me
Ben Dajka
I'm an award-winning Senior Graphic Designer with 12+ years across agencies, in-house teams, and DTC brands. My work spans brand identity, performance creative, motion graphics, and short-form video. Delivered for global brands at Ledger Bennett (Havas), David Phillips, and Homebound, including campaigns that won two B2B Marketing Awards. I focus on creative that looks good and performs, working end to end from brief to final asset.
I approach every brief as a problem to solve, not just a task to execute. Understanding what converts, what holds together at scale, and what an audience actually responds to matters as much as the visual quality. Outside of client work I'm always experimenting — currently exploring AI-assisted workflows and motion systems that make production faster without making the output generic. I sketch, iterate, and refine ideas, always keeping usability and impact in mind. Throughout the design phase, I focus on clear communication, thoughtful composition, and detail-driven execution.
Collaboration is a key part of my workflow—whether I’m working with clients, creative teams, or developers, I ensure alignment at every stage. Feedback loops are welcomed and integrated seamlessly to strengthen the outcome.

Adobe Creative Suite covers the full production stack: Illustrator and InDesign for brand identity and print, Photoshop for retouching and compositing, After Effects for motion and animation, Premiere Pro for video. Figma for UI, wireframes, and collaborative design work. For short-form and social content, CapCut sits alongside the suite. Monday.com for project management and creative workflows.
